What is a preorder?
A preorder is an order for an item that is either currently being produced, or will be produced in the near future, with the understanding that it will ship later.
Preorders are usually listed for purchase at a discount or with bonus items (stickers, prints, etc). Please see a preorder item's individual listing page for more information about that preorder's specific bonuses.
Note: Preorder details are subject to small revisions and delivery dates for these items are estimated. Production may take longer — or, in some cases, a much shorter — amount of time. However, if there are any delays, I will send out an update through social media.
When will my product arrive? / When will my preorder item ship?
Estimated arrival dates (for when the product is physically in my hands) are listed in the product description. It then takes an additional 1–2 weeks for me to go through the merchandise and process everyone's orders before dropping off the items at the post office.
What should I do if I want an in stock item and a preorder item?
By default, normal items in my store ordered with preorder items will be combined together. This means that none of the items in your order will ship until after preorders have arrived. If you want them to be shipped separately, please place and pay for these items (the preorder and normal in-stock items) separately OR leave a note in the message field during checkout.
What should I do if I don't want a preorder item anymore now that I know it won't ship immediately?
Get in touch with me at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible! When sending the email, please add "PREORDER" to the beginning of your subject line. I'll try and see if we can work something out, whether it's a full refund or an exchange for a different item through my store.
